Here at Ideagen we celebrate the visible and invisible in you.
We are a company that help to make the world a safer place for everyone. For us that starts by creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable to be themselves. To be confident in who they are, who they want to be, and are supported to thrive and grow as part of our global family.
As part of this commitment, we are pleased to present our gender pay gap report for the year 2023. This report outlines the difference between the average hourly earnings of men and women across our organization, as well as the steps we are taking to address any disparities.
This year I am delighted to share that we have narrowed the pay gap again, including our mean gap which is now less than 1%. I am proud of this progress but it doesn’t mean that we can lose focus on addressing gender equality in our industry.
We believe that transparency is key to driving change, and we hope that this report will help us to continue to make progress towards our goal of achieving gender equality in the workplace.
I can confirm that our data has been calculated according to the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) regulations 2017.
