Our new global family friendly policy
In 2025, to coincide with International Women’s day, we have launched our brand new global family friendly policy.
We are committed to supporting people through every step of their parenting journey, from the initial stages of planning to add to their family, right the way through to returning back into work and managing the changes in their lives.
Highlights include:
Enhanced parental leave pay
26 weeks full pay for primary parents and 6 weeks for secondary parents.
Supporting appointments
Whatever a journey to parenthood looks like, we commit to ensuring that future parents are able to attend the various appointment along the way.
Staying connected
Just because someone is taking time away from the business doesn’t mean they aren’t part of the Ideagen community. We will keep everyone informed of updates that may affect them, help them plan their return in good time, and welcome conversations about how we can support their needs when back.
Returning to work
Getting back to work might feel daunting for some, so we will do our best to support. The first 4 weeks will be phased at 3 days a week to get back into things but we will pay a full week’s pay. We will reboard, to reconnect to the business. We will also connect returning parents with others who have been there and can share their experiences and tips.
