Our comprehensive learning and development (L&D) programs are designed to support all colleagues to enhance their skills and advance their careers. This is an area that has received significant focus and investment over the last 12 months and 2025 will see a huge improvement in this space.
Key initiatives:
Leadership university
We offer a range of programs and workshops tailored for all levels of leadership, from new managers to senior executives. This includes strategic leadership sessions, coaching and mentoring to ensure our leaders are well equipped to drive the company’s success and lead strong teams.
Personal leadership toolkit
This initiative is designed for individual contributors at all levels, focusing on developing transferable skills that improve effectiveness and performance. Workshops cover topics such as emotional intelligence, communication, productivity, resilience and personal growth.
Career coaching and development pathways
We provide career coaching and structured development pathways to help colleagues navigate their career progression. This includes programs like “Step Up into Management” for new managers and “Step Up into Leadership” for senior managers aspiring to head-level roles.
Technical skills and qualifications
Our L&D programs are all built around a detailed Skills Taxonomy for the business Our new Learning Hub (LMS) shows colleagues the skills they need for their roles now and their target roles and we have over 40,000 resources on a range of technical skills to support their on-the-job performance We also support qualifications across various subjects, including IT, cybersecurity, software development, data analytics and more, leveraging the apprenticeship levy in the UK and HRD fund in Malaysia.
